The contract encompasses Section IV of the Canal, spanning from km 41+530 to km 62+530, covering the municipalities of Tàrrega, Verdú, Sant Martí de Riucorb and Maldà.

- 13 wall penstocks
- 5 fixed-wheel wall penstocks
- 3 fixed-wheel canal gates
- 8 Tainter penstocks
- 12 cofferdams
