Gavà WWTP and Z.Franca PS Archimedes screws

Coutex Sorigué is responsible for replacing all the Archimedes screws at the Gavà-Viladecans sewage treatment plant and the Zona Franca pumping station.
In the first phase, the existing screws are dismantled and scrapped. In the second phase, new Archimedes screws are supplied along with MTV-type couplings for vertical mounting. The service also includes the lower support for the screws, upper bearings, seals and gaskets.
To ensure a proper fit with the bed and achieve maximum efficiency, Coutex Sorigué handles all the civil works associated with the installation. The assembly process includes electrical and mechanical work, as well as the use of cranes.
