Supply of a new silo for the Mataró WWTP

The new equipment allows the Mataró WWTP to increase its management capacity and autonomy with an approximate moisture content of 80%. Coutex Sorigué is responsible for the entire structure, auxiliary access and security systems, as well as the electrical and oil-hydraulic systems. 

The primary objective of the project is to maintain and ensure the continuous operation of the sludge dewatering plant.

The project also includes the mechanical and electrical installation of the pumps and their control panel. The silo is transferred to the site as planned, and after adjustments and tests, it is put into operation. 

Regarding the metalworks, the project encompasses the manufacture, supply, installation and connections of all the pipes, plates, screws, various accessories and valves needed to operate the sludge pumps in the new silos.
